Water sample information provided by the West Virginia Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. This sampling was conducted between 1-17-14 and 1-30-14. The department has not published any information about who did these tests. These results are all for 4-methylcyclohexane methanol.

On Friday, January 31, additional MCHM was leaked from the Freedom Industries facility from a severed underground pipe.  The leak was contained before it reached the water.  Click here to read Al Jazeera’s article about the situation.
