Incident Description: Caller reports that her water still smells like MCHM. The smell was gradually getting better over the last few weeks, but got stronger again last Thursday or Friday. The caller used the water to her teeth and then got several mouth ulcers. She is unsure if the ulcers are directly related, but says she does not normally get them. She also noted that there is no water distribution in her area and several of the nearby grocery stores are out of bottled water.
