Incident Description: Sampling by AWW staff from bottom tap of hot water tank in Ashford, WV. System had been flushed according to American Water instructions, at about 10:15 am today. Hot water had slight brown discoloration, likely from sediment in hot water tank. Sweet smell of MCHM apparent in hot water.
