Incident Description: The Jim Justice owned Kentucky Fuels WV3 Mine leaked black water over the weekend in Logan County. Local residents reported the spill. As of Sunday evening, DEP said the spill had not been reported by the company. DEP has issued an immanent harm cessation order. No fish kills or drinking water contamination were reported.
