Incident Description: On Thursday, April 3rd, approximately 4,200 gallons of crude oil spilled into Harmons Branch in Pike County, Kentucky. Harmons Branch flows into the Levisa Fork, a tributary to the Big Sandy River. The spill was caused by a landslide damaging a storage tank at a Kinzer Drilling site and was reported to be contained by Thursday evening.
