Incident Description: I have been smelling licorice in the air in nitro, wv since friday 1/31/14. it was just a faint odor until today, and now it is as potent as the first week of the mchm spill. we live on the river, and i believe the smell is coming from the river water. you are welcome to come down and check it out for yourself!
