Incident Description: Train derailment into Russell Fork River. 28 cars from a CSX train derailed, 4 entered the river. One car in the river is carrying propionic acid, one car is listed as empty, and two cars have unknown contents. CSX claims no acid entered the river. Cleanup occurred on the 24th and 25th. River access has reopened today.
